selected by us as well as accommodation advertised
directly by private owners or other agencies.
If
you choose to book directly from the owner
or other agencies
The
advertiser is solely responsible for the
descriptions and photos of their property and the
quality of service and accommodation offered to
the customer. ARTeUTILe Ltd accepts in good faith
the descriptions and photos of accommodation offered
by private owners and is in no way liable or responsible
for any possible dispute or misunderstanding that
may arise between the owner or other agencies and
the customer.
If
you choose to book one of our selected properties.
Booking is very easy and fast: please fill in and
submit the reservation form that you find in each
web page of individual villas and apartments. We
will contact you as soon as we can with the final
confirmation.
Once
the booking has been confirmed (normally within
a few hours) a deposit is required within 1 day
(30% of the total cost) and the balance will be
payable at least 30 days before arrival. For properties
in Tuscany the balance is required at least 61 days
before arrival.
For bookings 30 days or less before arrival, (61
days for Tuscany) full payment will be required
immediately.
On
receiving the total balance we will send you the
travel document with the address of the
accommodation and the telephone number of your
contact person in the area.
Clients
from the United Kingdom can pay in British pounds
subject varying exchange rates.
When
there are extra costs this will be shown on the
web pages of individual villas and apartments.
All
the prices are inclusive of taxes
Cancellations
on the part of the client shall incur the following
penalties (based on the full amount)
1) 30% up to 30 days before the start date (up to
61 days for Tuscany)
2) 80% from 30 to 7 days before the start date (from
61 to 7 days for Tuscany)
3)
100% 7 days or less before the start date
Disclaimer:
ARTeUTILe acts solely in the capacity as an
agent on behalf of private home owners and suppliers
in arranging the renting of their properties.
As an agent, ARTeUTILe shall not be responsible
for breach of contract or any intentional or careless
actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers
which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury
to you or your travel companions or group members
We
and the owner reserve the right, that in the case
of cancellations or modifications because of unforeseen
circumstances preventing the normal rental of the
accomodation, to offer the client an alternative
but similar accommodation and in the case that it
will not be possible to change accommodation, all
payments made by the client shall be fully reimbursed,
excluding any other damages incurred, whether
material or moral, to the client.
The
descriptions on our website are true and made in
good faith. We do not accept any responsibility
for possible mistakes or changes made by the owner
without our knowledge. We do not accept responsibility
for the breakdown of water, gas, telephone, electricity,
swimming pool filtration systems. In addition, ARTeUTILe
and its suppliers shall not be responsible for any
injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveller
in connection with terrorist activities, social
or labour unrest, mechanical or construction failures
or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic
conditions, abnormal conditions or developments,
or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside
ARTeUTILe's control.
The
Traveller
is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to
obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.
Travel:
All travel expenses, none excluded, of persons and
luggage to and from the accommodation is payable
by the client. ARTeUTILe does not accept any responsibility
for inconveniences caused by travel and only arranges
the accommodation rental, not any travel.
